As Global Learning Digital Marketing and Merchandise leader at IBM, she is currently responsible for driving engagement and career and skills acceleration through a personalized learning experience with a laser focus on AI Technology, content design and the user experience. By combining her years of experience in Marketing and Learning & Development, her focus is on driving an iconic learner experience and creating a culture of life-long, exponential learning throughout the organization with a digital platform strategy.
Before this role, she was responsible for the European Learning Delivery from 2014 to 2016 consulting business leaders on strategic learning decision for Leadership, Sales and Technical learning. Prior to this role, she managed the Central and Eastern Europe market for learning and enablement. She continues to be a seasoned facilitator for (Female) Leadership development and empower others as a certified career and life coach with specialization in NLP, Transactional Analyses and Systemic work. She joined IBM in 1998 and fulfilled different roles in Marketing and Communications.
Natasja holds a master’s degree in Internal Management. To ensure balance and managing energy, she practices CrossFit with lots of fun and determination. Natasja is married to her husband Arjan and lives with their two children, Ophélie and Lloyd in the Amsterdam area in the Netherlands.
