Jetske van Kilsdonk

Jetske van Kilsdonk is Global HR Business Partner within ING, where she leads the global HR Retail agenda responsible for Talent Management, Agile Way of Working and Performance Management. She previously was the Senior HR Manager within the Netherlands and responsible for the integration of ING Belgium and the Netherlands (2017) and the agile transformation of the sales and HR organisation (2016). Prior to ING Jetske worked as a HR professional within the sectors Consultancy and Real Estate. Jetske earned her Master of Human Development (MHD) from the University of Groningen / AOG (2014) and her Master of Science (MSc) from the VU University Amsterdam (2002).
