James is a Global Leader in IBM’s Talent and Engagement solutions division, working with international clients on workforce engagement initiatives, HR transformation and outsourcing, specialising in AI and Agile HR. James also heads the Talent Development practice and works closely with the internal IBM teams bringing cloud and cognitive solutions to complex workforce re-skilling challenges. Prior to IBM, James focussed on learning technology and learning vendor management and the transformation of corporate learning functions.
