Jacqui Grey is MD Europe for the NeuroLeadership Institute, her career spans law, HR (previously EVP EMEA for Merrill Lynch), D&I Leadership and Change Consultancy. She is known for her work on innovative leadership programmes and Board level Executive Mentoring for FTSE 100 companies. She has a doctorate in Executive Anxiety and a Masters in Top Team development. She was previously a Board Member of Opportunity Now and founder member of The 2% Club – the top 2% of women in business network in the UK. She presents regularly at global leadership and gender conferences and has published a book “Executive Advantage – Resilient leadership for 21st Century Organisations”. She has been a guest lecturer amongst others at Cranfield, IE Business School, LBS and writes regularly for management magazines on Leadership and works closely with a number of CEO, and Leadership Forums.
