FAQ - Rescheduled dates for the Beyond HR Forum 2020

Why has the Beyond HR Forum decided to reschedule the dates for the 2020 edition?
The Beyond HR Forum has been rescheduled. Due to growing concerns over the coronavirus (COVID-19), and with the well-being of attendees, partners, and staff as the number one priority, the Beyond HR Forum has decided that rescheduling the event is the responsible course of action at this time.

What are the new dates for the Beyond HR Forum?
The Beyond HR Forum will probably take place in January 2021 in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. We will keep you update.

Are my Beyond HR Forum tickets still valid?
Yes, if you purchased tickets to the Beyond HR Forum prior to the date change, they are now valid for the upcoming edition of the forum.

What is the refund policy if I cannot attend the new date?
If you already have a ticket and cannot make the new dates, you can request a full refund after we announced the new date until 1 month after the announcement.

– In addition, we’re offering you the flexibility to cancel your ticket (regardless of when it was purchased) up until August 31st, 2020, with a 50 euro processing fee.

– What’s more, you have the option to change the name on your ticket up to 7 days before the event starts. Transfer it to a client, colleague, or friend if your plans change. Please keep in mind that this is a conference for Senior HR Leaders only.

I have already booked my hotel and flights for the event in June, will I be reimbursed?
The Beyond HR Forum is not responsible for reimbursing you for your hotel and flights. We recommend reaching out to the hotel or airline directly to cancel your reservation and request a refund.

I booked a room with one of your hotel partners, will I get a refund?
Please check the terms of your booking. The Beyond HR Forum is not responsible for reimbursing you for your hotel bookings. We will be contacting our hotel partners shortly and add an update once we have more information. Please reach out to our customer support team at info@beyondhrforum.com for more information.

I submitted a visa request to travel for the conference in June, what would happen to my visa?
Please contact The Dutch Embassy in the country where you have submitted your visa request. We are happy to assist you with writing your visa invitation letter.

What will happen to the presentations and speakers that have already been scheduled?
The event program team is working hard to ensure that the program will remain the same. We will release more information in the coming weeks.

What kind of safety measures will the Beyond HR Forum implement at the event?
The welfare of our speakers, sponsors, delegates, and staff at the event is our highest priority. As we monitor the situation in the lead up to January 2021, we will adapt our plans according to advice we receive from the WHO, the Dutch government and other health authorities, to ensure safety measures are in place for all attendees of the event.
