Marcus Sawyerr

Marcus Sawyerr is President of Adecco Group X within The Adecco Group since July 2016.
He has over a decade of experience in software, M&A, sales, leadership, digital marketing and product delivery. He started in an Account Management position and progressed to become the Senior Director of Staffing and Recruiting Group, EMEA.
Marcus has taken the main steps of his career at CareerBuilder – the largest online job website in the USA, with leading positions in Europe, LATAM and APAC. He was responsible for managing and developing new business with CareerBuilder’s largest Fortune 100 clients.
Marcus has specialised in driving Digital Transformation and Disruptive business models to shape the future of work, and creating and leading the Digital agenda for the largest HR solutions provider in the world. This includes driving new online revenue streams and P&L responsibility for all Digital companies within the group. He is also leading the Adecco digital acquisition strategy and creation of new business models.
He has extensive experience in the digital evolution of the entire staffing sector. His main priority is to contribute to the development of Digital Innovation within the Adecco Group as the most admired, innovative workforce solutions partner, providing exceptional customer experience through talent and technology.
